December 2010 - Lexington, KY
CMA was selected to perform an operational audit for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government in Lexington, KY.

November 2010 - Swarthmore College (PA)
Swarthmore College has selected CMA to provide parking consulting services for the Town Center West development project.

September 2010 - University of Iowa
CMA has been selected to perform a Parking and Transportation Program Assessment for the University of Iowa.

July 2010 - SCUP 45
SCUP 45, the conference of the Society for College and University Planning, was held in Minneapolis, MN. Bob Furniss, Barbara Chance, and Alexandria Roe, Director of Planning for the University of Connecticut, presented a workshop on “Access Mis-Management: We Have Met the Enemy and It Is Us!” The presentation described the project at UConn to improve deliveries and service, reduce pedestrian conflicts, and remove traffic from the core of campus.

June 2010 - Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
Barbara Chance and Clyde Wilson of The Parking Network presented a seminar to the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in Long Beach, CA. The seminar was titled “Not Just An Amenity: Parking as a Tenant”. It illustrated to building owners and managers just what an important financial tenant parking can be if it is managed well.

April 2010 - New England Parking Council
The New England Parking Council met in Providence, RI, in early April. Barbara Chance presented a seminar on “How to Be a Smarter Manager” to the well attended 19th Annual Meeting.


March 2010 - SCUP Mid-Atlantic Conference
Barbara Chance and Bob Furniss from CMA were joined by Dr. Angelo Armenti, President of California University of Pennsylvian, to present on Engaged Implementation: From Master Plan on Reality, based on the development of a campus plan and the succesive work of seeing that plan through to implementation.
